Ha, the hair and leotards, the rad fonts, the low videotape quality. Love it. It sort of reminds me that in my sophomore year of college a few people in my dorm would get together in the lounge every now and then to workout to exercise videos. Half the fun was watching those cheesy, dated tapes (and making up backstories for the people in them).

OMG. As one of the aforementioned people in Jeff’s sophomore dorm and owner of Jane Fonda’s low-impact workout tape, I really appreciate this. It took me back. You’ve inspired me to do some pencil lifts in my cubicle.

i’ve been showing this to everyone. i can’t stop watching it! even thinking about it makes me laugh. i love when maya yells, “WOO!” randomly. i love how there are two donnas, too. 🙂

Hi-larious, and so deliciously wrong! I never made it to the official sophomore dorm workout (yet strangely, had no problems making it to “death by chocolate.”) Hmmm…
